Recipe: Greek Turkey Burgers v. 2.0

These are very similar to my original Greek turkey burger recipe, but even better!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup garlic infused olive oil

1/2 medium onion, chopped small

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced small

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese in mediterranean spices (available at Trader Joe's)

1/4 cup Greek seasonings

1 package (about 1 or 1 1/4 pounds) extra lean ground turkey

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, and then form into patties: Cook over medium heat for five minutes, flip and cook for another five minutes on medium heat.

Serve with fresh corn on the cob, sprinkled with Greek seasonings:

...and fingerling oven fries, also sprinkled with Greek seasonings (recipe: wash and cut fingerlings into small pieces, throw in a large ziploc bag with a palm-full of the Greek seasonings, and just enough olive oil to make the seasonings stick. Bake at 425 for 40 minutes)
YUM!
Garnish your burgers however you'd like - go Greek with taziki sauce and cucumbers, or American with ketchup and mustard. Enjoy!
...this would have been the perfect BBQ meal, but we don't have one - until tomorrow, that is! Tony's getting a BBQ for Father's Day! Shhhh, don't tell!
