Simple and Refreshing Summer Drink Recipes

Lots of you have been asking for my summer drink recipes since posting pictures of them in my craft day and outdoor living space posts. Well, my friends, here they are. Crazy easy, crazy refreshing, crazy delicious.  Enjoy!

{All drinks make one half gallon}

Raspberry Pineapple Infused Water

Ingredients:
One can pineapple rings in their own juices
One small box clean raspberries
(Filtered) water

In your half gallon pitcher or mason jar add pineapples (with their juice) and clean raspberries. Cover with water and refrigerate at least three hours. The longer all ingredients chill together, the fruitier it will be. If you leave it overnight it will taste like straight fruit juice.

Blackberry Lime Infused Water
Ingredients:
Four limes, sliced
One small box clean blackberries
(filtered) water
Optional: small sprinkling of sugar
In your half gallon pitcher or mason jar add sliced limes and clean blackberries. If you don’t like your drinks to be a bit tart, add a tiny bit of sugar. Muddle your fruits (and sugar, if used) in the bottom of the jar. Cover with water and refrigerate at least three hours. The longer all ingredients chill together, the fruitier it will be.

Mint Limeade
Ingredients:
One 64 oz. carton of pre-made limeade (I like odwalla brand the best)
Large handful of clean mint leaves
Four limes, sliced

In your half gallon pitcher or mason jar add mint leaves and lime slices. Muddle well. Cover with limeade and refrigerate at least three hours. The longer all ingredients chill together, the fruitier it will be. These also taste great as popsicles – just freeze in a popsicle mold!

Told you guys they were EASY!! I keep these on hand all summer long. Let me know if you try any!

Yum! Thanks, Heather! Have you tried to make a bigger batch? Just curious if it would taste ok with 2 cans pineapple and 2 boxes raspberries? And thanks for the bracelet! Can't wait to see it!
