Cupcakes

It's kind of silly how proud of these cupcakes I am. I made some cupcakes for Leila's friends at storytime tomorrow, and *was* going to just put some funfetti icing on top, but my friend Amy made the most gorgeous cake for Leila's birthday party, which inspired me to make something a little prettier. I used the 'almost instant ganache' recipe (and I use the word recipe lightly here) from "Hello Cupcake", got some cute sprinkles to put on top and voila - pretty cupckaes.

Like I said, I'm very proud.

I LOVE them!! Isn't Hello Cupcake fun? I'll have to check out the ganache recipe. And I'm sure you've figured out that's where my pupcakes came from! :-)

Hi Heather,

I stumbled across your blog and found we have a few things in common (Pleasanton... love of Etsy... baking & recipes...) I sent you an invite to read my blog, as it's private, in case you'd like to take a look.
