Leila's new bow board

Leila will soon be getting a big girl room, and we already have her big girl bedding:
Leila's current bow holder matches her pink and brown bedding she's been using since birth, and I've been on the hunt to find one that will match her new bedding. My hunt has been unsuccessful. Leila and I were at storytime at Pottery Barn Kids on Tuesday, and I saw that the pillow case that matches her big girl bedding was on sale, so I decided to *try* and make my own bow holder.

I started out with these:
(the pillow case, white satin ribbon, staples and a cork board...obviously, I ironed the pillow case first!)

About ten minutes into my project I went out and bought this:
The final product:
I think it turned out pretty cute, if I do say so myself.

That's great! Because I'm such a complete doofus - how are the bows held up on the board?

Hey Sophie! I should have taken a picture before I put all the bows on! there are strands of satin ribbon holding all the bows on. I'll try to take a picture for ya...
