It's a.....

Sorry for not updating yesterday, but it was a very busy day!!  Anyways, we had our level 2 ultrasound and found out that Leila is going to have a little sister!  That's right, it's a girl!  We are very excited!!

Her name will be Gianna Makena.  (Makena is one of our favorite spots in Maui and Gianna is just a good Italian name!)

She is looking nice and healthy and is still on track for a March 1 due date!

Oh Heather, how exciting for you! I like the name Gianna. I'd never heard it before, but it's very pretty. =) Congrats to all of you! Is Leila excited about a new baby sis?

CONGRATSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am sooo flippin excited for you! i swore it was going to be a boy since the pregnancy was sooo different from leila! i guess it goes to show EVERY pregnancy is different, despite the sex! so crazy!

maybe i will get lucky the next time around and have a sick-less pregnancy, since i felt like death warmed over the first 5 months with brady. i highly doubt it though. a girl can dream, right? ;)

love love love the name. and i love even more that she is going to be so close in age to brady. lets chat about prom 2026, shall we?

Yay!! I'm so excited for you all! LOVE her name and love that you shared it. I hate it when people have a name, tell you they have a name, but don't share. And of course, so glad to hear she's looking nice and healthy!
