Did you know...

...did you know that you can pull your butt cheek? Or some muscle in your butt cheek, anyways.  I didn't know that (or didn't think about it) until I did that a few days ago.  Ugh.  Tony and I were sleeping, and I kicked my leg up and heard a small pop.  Ouch, ouch, ouch.  Seriously crazy how a bootie muscle affects the way you walk, sit, stand, lay, sneeze, cough.  The pain is annoying more than anything.

By the way, happy Saturday.  Today I'm having a fabulous Lil Blue Boo trunk show at my house.  If you're not in the Bay Area and can't make it you can still get in on the fun, though.  Place your order and enter the code HeatherTrunk in the discount code box at checkout to get a free pair of petite rose earrings with any purchase. (Just email me to let me know what color you want.)

Anyways, I felt the need to let you know about my strained tush.  If you see me walking around like a 90-year-old you'll know why.

Have a great weekend!

Use heat for your butt, not ice! I just saw it on Dr. Ozz. I wish i had some money to buy some of those cute dresses!

Hi Heather: I had the same thing happen to me. The tendons between the tail bone and the pelvic bone I don't know the name but it is the bone in your butt) was to tight on one side and I had to get a...butt massage and these electrode thingys stuck to my butt. Quite interesting, very embrassing but I thought I would tell this because you may need to have this checked out. Love reading your blog, I hope you don't think I am weirdo...just trying to pass on the info. Good luck and feel better.
