Normally when I hear people say "Oh my gosh, I've been soooooooooooo busy" I usually think that person is trying to make an excuse for falling short in one area or another. Not keeping up on a friendship, work, etc. Lately I keep hearing myself say that. When someone asks how I'm doing my usual response is "Good, but busy!" It's true. I personally am doing fine, and my girls are doing great. My business is booming, and Leila starts school next week, which she is thrilled about.
Tony's doing ok. His dad is very ill, and really not doing well. Tony's been gone a ton for work, and the days that he has been home he's off visiting his dad by himself, or with me and the girls. It's hard on Tony, and he's feeling the strain of not being home so much. We're feeling it too. If you're the praying type, I'd appreciate it if you kept Tony and his dad (and his whole family) in your prayers. It's a rough time for all of us.
I'll just keep counting my blessings - an amazing husband, the world's best girls, two brand new babies (both boys!!) had by two good friends, a successful business, and so much more.
Please forgive me if blog post are light. I'll be back to normal soon, I hope.

Sending prayers your way. I think its a really busy time of year, hanging on to the last of summer while trying to gear up for fall.
