Easy, nutritious meals for a busy mama!

“This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with

my own. #pmedia #HonestlyGood #ad http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO.”

Getting healthy is something I've struggled with forever, and recently I've gotten myself back on track with this huge life goal of mine. I've been doing really well with going on long walks, and have started Zumba classes. I'm drinking tons of water and have eliminated soda completely, and I've also started trying to plan out my family's meals ahead of times. But let's face it - there are times when things get hectic, and a home-cooked meal just isn't in the cards.

Honestly good is an understatement - they are honestly delicious!! One of the (many) things I really loved about these new Honestly Good meals, is that they are each made of 100% all natural and wholesome ingredients, and Lean Cuisine is working alongside the farmers who grew the veggies for these meals, and donating a portion of those vegetables to local communities!

I also love that the sauces for each meal come separately, so you can add as much (or as little) as you'd like to your meal. For the pomegranate chicken I chose to put a little on my rice, a little on my veggies and a lot on my chicken. SO good!

When I'm having one of these awesome meals for dinner, I like to put it on one of my own dinner plates, and have it with a nice big glass of water (and a nice, big glass of wine too!)

Tony came home early from a work training one day to find me eating the pineapple black pepper beef and asked why I didn't cook that good when he's home. (Rude, right?) I told him it was one of the new Honestly Good Lean Cuisine meals, and he didn't believe me until I showed him the evidence. (But seriously, this doesn't look or taste like your typical frozen meal!)

The new Honestly Good meals come in six delicious varieties:
  • Honey Citrus Chicken
  • Lemongrass Salmon
  • Pineapple Black Pepper Beef
  • Plum Ginger Grain-Crusted Fish
  • Pomegranate Chicken (my personal fave!)
  • Roasted Red Pepper Chicken

Pineapple Black Pepper Chicken. YUM!

I have tried them all, and can honestly say each is absolutely delicious! I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, but these were far better than I ever would have expected! You can find all varieties at Target (also known as my favorite place in the world...) Make sure to let me know what you think!

(While this was a compensated post, all opinions are 100% my own.)
