How bright is too bright, you ask.....Trick question - there's NO such thing!! My nails are currently rocking #6 by Pretty Please Nail Polish, to match my neon yellow "UnMellow Yellow" tieks!
Don't tell me I'm the only one who paints their nails to match their shoes! ;)
