Color Love: Blush v 2.0

I was watching TV and they were saying how one of the big colors for 2017 is going to be BLUSH. I've always loved all shades of pink, especially blush, and remembered writing a post with some great products in that color a while back. I dug around, and sure enough I wrote a post titled Color Loving: Blush  on January 26, 2012. More than five years ago. I thought since blush is the hot color right now I'd update the color loving for 2017!

I am loving these great blush slip-ons from Target. I have them, they're quite comfy and run true to size.

These and these are also adorable, and affordable options. Target's shoe game is on point right now!

Speaking of Target, the new Kristin Ess signature shampoos and conditioners are in blush packaging so that obviously counts. Honestly though, this line is pretty fabulous and I plan on writing more about it soon. If it's good enough for Lauren Conrad it's good enough for me!

Kendra Scott "Elle" earrings, are a gorgeous lighter weight version of her Danielle earrings, and the rose quartz is perfection.

This cute studded bag by Sole Society. If money is no object, this is a pretty fabulous option too.

Emerald Love

Who else is excited that E M E R A L D is Pantone's Color of the Year for 2013?? I adore the color, and it just so happens to be my birthstone!

Fall 2012 Nail Colors by Glitter and Gloss

1. Gangsta's Paradise by Pams and Kin. This is a gorgeous brass holographic glitter with black. Goes with anything and everything and is a great everyday color!

2. La Moss by Butter London. This is a deep, rich oxblood shade and perfect when you want to go a bit dramatic.

3. Gunta by Trina Turk for Julep. A beautiful, vibrant blue. So pretty for fingers or toes.

4. Styleconomics by Essie. Emerald is huge for Fall 2012, and what better way to sport the trend than on your fingers?

5. Purity by Illamasqua. Think of this as a palette refresher for your fingers. This perfect peach is lovely when  you don't want your nails to be screaming for attention.

Color Loving: Lilac + Winners

Lilac, lavender, light purple - whatever you want to call it. I love this color. Especially since as I type there is rain pouring outside, and I'm craving Spring. (I should stop being a brat about it, though. The Bay Area really didn't get much of a Winter at all and we badly need the rain, no matter how much I may hate it.)

This beautiful color makes me think of Easter eggs, flowers, and little girls in pastel dresses. Happy color = happy thoughts.

Color Loving: Neon

Ok....so I'm cheating a bit on this color loving, as 'neon' itself isn't a color. But it's my blog, and I'm allowed to cheat if I want to, right? :)

1. Charlotte Russe hot aviator sunglasses. So fun, and only $5.50!
2. Xhileration neon yellow watch. I love Target's xhileration watches. They may be inexpensive, but they last forever, are super comfy, and available in tons of stylish options.
3. Kendra Scott Rana ring in aqua chalcedony - not quite neon, but super bright and beautiful. (on sale!)
4. Milani Neon nail polish - available in a ton of colors, and inexpensive!
5. Old Navy neon pink chain bracelet. I love this bracelet! Also available in yellow, blue and white.
6. ASOS tassel loafer in neon orange. SO cute and they look comfy too!
7. Milani lip flash in photo flash. One of my favorite bloggers mentioned these a while ago. I (obviously) ran out and got some, and am obsessed. Full lipstick-coverage that doesn't dry your lips out. These are gorgeous!

Color Loving: Emerald Green

Emerald is my birthstone, so it's only natural I'm going to love emerald green things, right? ;)

1. Kendra Scott Ramsee ring in agate. I love a good statement ring, and this one is gorgeous and a great price.

2. Marc Jacobs mini hobo bag. Sigh. This bag is gorgeous. I own a few Marc Jacobs bags (pre-kid and pre-mortgage days) and let me tell you they are amazing. Super soft leather on the outside, and super soft suede on the inside. These are my favorite purses by far.

3. Kate Spade iPhone case. This is so cute. I currently have this on my phone, but am due for a new cover thanks to Coco dropping my phone several times. (Better cracks on the case than the phone though, right?) I'm thinking this should be my next case.

4. Going Incognito by Essie. I love this nail polish. It stays on forever without chipping, and looks so pretty on.

5. Old Navy chiffon top. This is darling and a total steal. Would look great paired with some white capris in the summer, or with some dark skinny jeans and a sweater during the winter.

6. Laura Geller baked eye shadow in forest mist. I'm fairly new to the Laura Geller brand, but what I've tried I've really enjoyed. The baked products combine lots of different colors, and light-reflecting particles and truly last all day.

7. Old Navy faux snakeskin flats. Cute, cheap and comfy. Love Old Navy shoes.
