So, since I paid tribute to my dating anniversary I thought I should probably pay tribute to my wedding anniversary. Yesterday was our 2 year wedding anniversary, and 2 years ago yesterday I married my best friend and my soulmate. They have been the best 2 years of my life, and I couldn't ask for anything more. (Except maybe that tennis bracelet? Or an SLR camera?)
My mom came over last night to watch our little princess while we went to dinner and maybe even a movie. Leila hadn't been feeling well Sunday or Monday, but was pretty much fine by mid-Tuesday so we decided it would be ok to leave her. We didn't make it far before we had to come home, though...Tony and I got whatever Leila had. We both ran into the house for the bathrooms before we could even say hello to Leila or my mom. Sigh. Needless to say it was not quite the anniversary we were planning on, but what can you do? Oh, well...there are many more anniversaries to come.
